Leslie Redmond, Program Director

Leslie E. Redmond is a leading activist, civil rights advocate, and public speaker. Leslie is a Washington DC Native. At the then age of 25, she became the youngest President of the Minneapolis NAACP. She is also the founder of the Don’t Complain, Activate campaign and the Minneapolis Community Healing Team. Leslie serves on the Board of MN Freedom Fund and the Racial Justice Grant Committee for the Pohlad Foundation.

Leslie is a racial equity consultant who has successfully pushed for several racial justice policy changes at the city and state levels. Leslie also gave a groundbreaking speech during the George Floyd protest that gained national attention and shifted the narrative from “looting” to “uprising.”

Leslie received her BA in Political Science and minor in African Studies from Barry University in Miami, Florida. Leslie received her Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.

Brittany St. Fleur, Treasurer

Ms. Saint-Fleur is a Miami Native with roots in the Caribbean. Speaking multiple languages, she studied abroad in both Asia and Europe and is a proud “BULL” of the University of South Florida.

Ms. Saint-Fleur received her Juris Doctor after graduating from a California law school, recognized for her work in both Federal and International Intellectual Property, NFTs, and Global Legal Studies. She was involved in a number of activities on campus, including: the Small Business Law Trademark Clinic, Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL) Black Law Students Association, and the National Trial Team.

Ms. Saint-Fleur is a founding partner of LoBee Saint Enterprises, speciallizing in International Intellectual Property, NFTs, and Business Start-up and is our resident expert in business litigation. Her contract drafting expertise ranges from Fashion Nova collaborations, to securing royalty agreements via SoundExchange for Universal Music Group’s talents and drafting successful applications for Medical Cannabis Treatment Centers. She has handled significant matters related to trademark, copyright, cannabis and corporate and commercial litigation. Ms. Saint-Fleur brings a strong results-oriented background to our team.

Xylona Boone-Northern, Secretary

Ms. Boone-Northern is a licensed California attorney and certified mediator who graduated from law school with a specialty in International Intellectual Property. During law school, she served as a member and Career Services Chair for the Black Law Students Association. She completed two study abroad programs in Europe and Asia and studied under a United States Supreme Court Justice. Ms. Boone-Northern also had the pleasure of serving as Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Michael McCarthy in the D.C. Superior Court.

Before founding LoBee Saint Enterprises, Ms. Boone-Northern was with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Her record speaks for itself. A Chicago Native, Ms. Boone-Northern, worked for Walgreens Corporate in the Merchandising Adult Beverage department focusing on new product development and branding.

Ms. Boone-Northern primarily focuses her practice on the innovation and expansion of Intellectual property and entertainment not limited to NFTs and the Metaverse. Representing individuals in business litigation matters, Ms. Boone-Northern prides herself on providing the utmost client satisfaction, service, and care with their legal issues.

Chauncey “CJ” Blair Jr, Chairman Of The Board

CJ Blair is a man literally raised to new life from the dead of this world to empower and teach others to do the same. His passion and mission for serving the overlooked, under served and disadvantaged is immeasurable. Blair is a prominent leader in the community impacting countless individuals year after year.

An on air television personality and producer, author, motivational speaker, youth culture expert, screenwriter, as well as consultant, CJ Blair is committed to sharing and voicing stories parallel to his own extraordinary circumstances.

Currently, he is the visionary behind SavingOurSelves Outreach Program, a disadvantaged youth focused outreach program partnering with churches, schools, athletic organizations and college campuses across the country. He is spearheading this worldwide initiative partnering with prominent organizations to include the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, teams within the National Football League and both State and local law enforcement agencies and school systems.

Having worked with media powerhouses on countless outreach projects such as VH1 and Radio One, Blair currently serves as an adviser and consultant for DC, Maryland and Virginia local schools and works closely with the State's Attorney's office in the development and implementation of youth empowerment initiatives and recidivism programs .
