The Willow Project is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization serving youth and adults through enrichment programs, wraparound services, and employment opportunities for underserved communities.
Our organization offers weekly mentorship, educational and professional training seminars, as well as mental health and advocacy support. At The Willow Project, we strive to build strong bonds within our communities to help foster change, growth, and real connections to those we serve.

The Willow Project supports the mental wellness of those we serve by providing access to resources and support groups to help combat mental trauma within our communities.
The Willow Project works closely with formally incarcerated members of our communities to provide training, job opportunities, and resources to aid in their societal-reentry process and ongoing success.
